Summary: The host answered questions when asked. We were a bit disappointed in the response to the condo flooding the first day of our vacation. We spent several hours the first day cleaning the condo following the flood and having to do laundry because we had to use every towel in the unit to clean up. All that was said to us was thanks for letting us know. Never heard from them again
